For Hospital Partner accounts, we collect: email address, password (encrypted), contact name, contact phone number (optional), business registration number (optional). We also collect usage data through Google Analytics (GA4) and Naver Analytics, including pages visited, session duration, and general location data.

3. Purpose of Data Collection

We collect personal data for the following purposes: account registration and authentication for Hospital Partners, managing clinic information updates and submissions, communicating with Hospital Partners regarding account status and submissions, improving the Service through analytics, and ensuring the security and integrity of the Service.

4. Data Retention

Hospital Partner account data is retained for the duration of the account. Upon account deletion, personal data will be removed within 30 days. Analytics data is retained in anonymized form.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with: Supabase (database and authentication provider), Vercel (hosting provider), Google (analytics), and Naver (analytics). These providers process data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

We implement appropriate technical measures to protect personal data, including encrypted password storage, Row Level Security (RLS) on database tables, HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, and access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel.
