These Terms govern the use of services provided by Seoul Clinic Pick (hereinafter "the Service") operated at seoulcp.com. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Definitions)

"User" refers to anyone who accesses and uses the Service. "Hospital Partner" refers to a clinic or hospital representative who registers an account to manage clinic information. "Admin" refers to the operator of the Service.

Article 3 (Provision of Service)

The Service provides information about aesthetic clinics, treatments, surgeries, devices, and related concerns in Seoul. The Service does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All medical decisions should be made in consultation with a qualified healthcare professional.

Article 4 (Hospital Partner Accounts)

Hospital Partners may register an account to update their clinic information, including treatments, prices, and descriptions. All changes submitted by Hospital Partners are subject to Admin review and approval. The Service reserves the right to reject, modify, or remove any submitted information. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations of these Terms.

Article 5 (User Responsibilities)

Users shall not submit false, misleading, or inaccurate information. Users shall not attempt to access or modify other users' data. Users shall not use the Service for any illegal purpose. Users shall not interfere with the operation of the Service.

Article 6 (Limitation of Liability)

The Service provides clinic and treatment information for reference purposes only. The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information. The Service is not liable for any damages arising from the use of information provided on the platform. Treatment prices displayed are approximate and may differ from actual clinic pricing.

Article 7 (Intellectual Property)

All content on the Service, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Seoul Clinic Pick or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content is prohibited.

Article 8 (Modification of Terms)

The Service may modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Article 9 (Governing Law)

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Seoul Central District Court.
