Bellasonic

BellasonicDevice

A Korean ultrasound device using sonic vibrations (sonophoresis) to enhance transdermal absorption of active ingredients without needles.

Overview

Bellasonic uses ultrasonic vibrations to facilitate transdermal delivery of skin boosters, exosomes, growth factors, and other active ingredients. A non-invasive needle-free method ideal for post-procedure adjunct care and sensitive skin types who cannot tolerate injections.

Mechanism

High-frequency ultrasonic vibrations (typically 1 MHz) create temporary micro-channels in the stratum corneum by disrupting lipid bilayer structures, increasing skin permeability for large molecules (growth factors, exosomes, peptides) without needles. Thermal and mechanical effects also stimulate local circulation.

Effects

Enhanced absorption of topical active ingredients, improved hydration and elasticity, calming and soothing effect, complement to injection or laser treatments, and non-invasive delivery of growth factors and exosomes.

Duration

Cumulative effects. Recommended as part of regular treatment plan, typically combined with other procedures.

Recovery

No downtime. No redness, swelling, or discomfort. Can be performed immediately after other procedures.

Side Effects

Virtually none. Non-invasive and painless. Suitable for all skin types including highly sensitive and post-procedure skin.

Price Range

50,000-100,000 KRW per session (often combined with other treatments).

Target Audience

Those seeking needle-free ingredient delivery, post-procedure recovery enhancement, sensitive skin patients, and those maximizing effects of topical serums.
