Overview
Doublo Gold is a Korean HIFU device that uses 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5mm cartridges to create thermal coagulation points from the dermis to the SMAS layer. It shares the Korean HIFU market with Shurink, offering competitive pricing and fast treatment speed for popular maintenance lifting treatments.
Mechanism
Korean-made HIFU device with interchangeable cartridges at 1.5, 3.0, and 4.5 mm depths. Focused ultrasound creates thermal coagulation points at each depth: 1.5 mm targets the dermis for skin tightening, 3.0 mm targets subcutaneous tissue, and 4.5 mm targets the SMAS layer for deep lifting. Gold-plated transducers enhance energy delivery efficiency.

Facial lifting and tightening, SMAS layer contraction, jawline contouring, wrinkle reduction, skin elasticity improvement, and progressive collagen remodeling.
Duration
6-12 months. Maintenance every 6-12 months recommended.
Recovery
Minimal downtime. Mild redness and warmth for a few hours. Slight swelling possible for 1-2 days. Makeup can be applied immediately.
Side Effects
Temporary redness, warmth, and mild swelling. Some discomfort during treatment. Rarely bruising, numbness, or burns if energy settings are excessive.
