Overview

HydraFacial is a medical skin care device developed by Edge Systems (now BeautyHealth, USA) based on patented vortex technology. A spiral tip closely contacts the skin surface to perform four steps: deep cleansing and peeling (removing oil and dead skin), extraction (vortex suction of impurities), hydration (infusion of customized serums), and protection (antioxidant and peptide application).

Mechanism

The patented vortex technology creates a spiral water flow that simultaneously loosens debris and delivers active ingredients. Step 1: AHA/BHA solution softens and loosens dead skin and sebum. Step 2: vortex suction extracts blackheads, whiteheads, and impurities from pores. Step 3: customized serums (hyaluronic acid, peptides, growth factors) are infused under gentle pressure. Step 4: LED or antioxidant protection seals the treatment. The simultaneous cleansing-and-infusion mechanism maximizes active ingredient absorption.

Recovery

Side Effects
