Overview
Ionzyme is the professional skincare device of Environ, alternately applying low-frequency pulsed current and ultrasonic vibrations to deliver Vitamin A, Vitamin C, and antioxidants deep into the dermis. Core device of the Environ skincare program, widely used in medical aesthetics clinics.
Mechanism
Iontophoresis uses low-frequency electrical current to drive charged molecules through the skin via electromigration and electroosmosis. Sonophoresis uses ultrasonic waves to disrupt the stratum corneum lipid bilayer. Alternating both modalities increases penetration up to 40x compared to topical application alone.

Enhanced absorption of Vitamin A and C, improved collagen synthesis, antioxidant protection, skin brightening, improved elasticity, fine line reduction, and overall skin health through consistent nutrient delivery.
