Overview
Secret RF uses insulated needles that deliver RF energy only from the needle tips, avoiding thermal damage to the epidermis while concentrating energy in the dermal layer. With adjustable needle depth (0.5-3.5mm) and both non-insulated and semi-insulated needle options, it provides safe and effective treatment for skin tightening, scar improvement, and wrinkle reduction.
Mechanism
The insulated coating on the needle shaft prevents RF energy from dissipating into the epidermis during insertion. RF is emitted only from the exposed needle tip at the target depth in the dermis, creating focused thermal coagulation zones.
